Unprecedented buyers market in lower to mid range housing. Low mortgage rates and plenty of seller incentives have not yet attracted buyers to come back to the marketplace. Excellent bargains can be found, but homes are not losing value as so many have feared. Instead, the homes are temporarily losing their liquidity. We expect pricing to resume an historic trend, but not to increase at rates seen in recent years.
